Eagle’s Wings Retreat Center (EWRC) is located 10 miles outside of Burnet, TX on 120 acres of rugged hill country near Lake Buchanan. We have two campuses available for your retreat use. Groups can utilize our entire facility by guaranteeing a minimum of 160 retreatants.

Main CampusEWRC's Main Campus can host overnight groups up to 144 people and day groups up to 250 people. The facilities on Main Campus include:
- St. John Paul II Dining Hall: Dining/Meeting space for up to 250 with commercial kitchen and BBQ Pavilion
- Holy Spirit Chapel: Multipurpose room for groups with available A/V
- Adoration Chapel: Seats 40 with available liturgical supplies for Mass and Adoration
- Our 4 Dormitories (St. Thomas More. St. Luke, St. Agnes, and St. Catherine) each sleep 36, include bathrooms in the dorm, and are fully air-conditioned
- Activities at Main Campus include sand volleyball court, horseshoes, washers, ladder golf, tether ball, 9 Square in the Air and our Sports Pavilion with outdoor playing space, soccer field and restrooms
- The Upper Room at the Sports Pavilion has 4 semi-private rooms with restrooms and a small gathering space.

Eagle's Nest CampusEWRC's Eagle's Nest Campus can host overnight groups up to 80 and day groups up to 144. The facilities at Eagle's Nest include:
- The Lodge at Eagle's Nest: Meeting space for your group with available A/V and liturgical supplies for Mass and Adoration
- Eagle's Nest Dorms: 2 separate dorms that sleep up to 28 with bathrooms and fully air-conditioned
- Eagle's Nest Private Rooms: 2 private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and fully air-conditioned
- Monahan’s Bunk House: Bunk beds for 21 with bathrooms and fully air-conditioned
- Eagle's Nest Dining Hall and Commercial Kitchen
- Knights of Columbus Chapel: Seats 14
- Eagle's Nest Stage: 36’x 24’ covered open-air facility with electricity
- Camping Sites
- Available activities include a grass volleyball court, ping pong table, gaga pit, and 9 Square in the Air

Resident Chaplain on Staff: Msgr. Elmer Holtmann, our resident chaplain, is only available for the Sacrament of Confession. Please make your requests at least 60 days in advance.
