Taddy is a retired special educator who served as teacher and educational diagnostician in public schools before moving to the private sector at an educational publishing company. She helped develop and norm the tests used to identify students who needed special education. Taddy also is co-author of a developmental scale used to identify infants and children to age 6 for early intervention services.
Taddy’s connection to EWRC is from the beginning. Her father, Don Logan, was an architectural engineer who developed the site plan for the retreat center. His support encouraged her to continue his legacy to make EWRC stronger. EWRC provides to the retreatants the ability to become the leaders of the church in the future.
