Rental of Entire Retreat Center – guarantee of a minimum of 160 retreatants (100 Main Campus, 60 Eagle's Nest)

Day Use Rental of Main Chapel/Multipurpose Room - $300

Camping - Call for rates

Meal Plans

• Catered
  • Breakfast: $8.50/person
  • Lunch: $10.50/person
  • Dinner: $12.50/person
  • Salad bar: Additional $1.50 per meal per person
    • Retreat center needs 60 days notice if meals are being catered. 
• Group provides cooking staff & food supplies following the guidelines of Eagle’s Wings kitchen being compliant with State & Federal food safety & food preparation.
  • Kitchen usage of main campus - $40 per meal 
  • Eagle’s Nest kitchen – $45
  • Groups must provide a certified food manager & food handlers for kitchen usage on the main campus. If needed, EWRC can provide a food manager for $200.
    

• Campfire (weather conditions permitting)
• Low level challenge course

• LCD Projector (day-use) - $100 for weekend 
• Sound system with wired mic (day-use) – $30 per system
• RV electrical hookup $15 per night - no lodging charge (no extra charge if fully booked)

• Day Use Fee - $7.00/person applies to each person attending or working a retreat but is not paying for lodging.

Required signed contract of responsibility rental of all equipment.
